Jessica was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices, ala carte some days and buffet the last morning. We ate in the restaurant for several lunches and dinners and enjoyed everything we had, especially the tilapia in soy sauce. All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Premier room was very spacious and enjoyed the balcony. Free bikes to explore the area. Great location for easy riding to Mua Caves (10 minutes) and Trang An (25 minutes).
