Amazing location, straight in from the airport via AirPort Express and access to the shops and restaurants within Elements shopping centre. Also links to multiple MTR stations within walking distance. The room was stunning and spacious and always kept clean. Great view from the room and the bath was big and comfortable too. Will definitely stay here again next time. Arrived too early so my room wasn’t ready but I way able to use the spa facilities to shower and change which was great so I got to freshen up after my long flight and leave my luggage with reception, they sent my luggage to the room as soon as it was ready and messaged me. The spa was small but nice, the steam room was especially great after a long flight.

I booked without breakfast but arrived so early the first day so I paid for the buffet breakfast to try - it was mediocre in my opinion but the service was great. Food wise it wasn’t worth the price, have had much better at other hotels. The lockers in the spa was strange, I was there at 6am in an empty spa but out of all the lockers there, only two were available for use as the rest were ALL locked and in use which cannot be possible if the spa was empty? I was also there for hours and no one else came in to get anything from their lockers so can’t say it’s the gym either? You need to clear out the lockers over night so people can actually use them as needed not let some people hog them permanently. Only key issue I had was that the hotel required to pre-authorise my debit card an amount which was basically half of my entire stay I had already paid in full prior to arrival. As I did not use anything from the mini bar nor ordered room service and the breakfast I had was paid separately this was entirely unused but took another week after check out to be returned to my bank balance and this is only after I chased for this to be escalated on their side and with my bank too. When using a debit card the amount held is removed from my total balance so not generating any interest which I would have benefited from. It’s 2025, maybe change your system so that your guests can pay for room services on their phones via Apple Pay rather than holding a large sum that most people won’t use and will have to wait for it to be released for up to 30 days after check out! You have everyone’s passport details and bank card information, you can simply call the police if someone damages the room.

Here I would like to give special praise to May and Tommy at the bar, their service attitude makes me always want to have a drink. There are also Jenny and Benny at the front desk, they’re very friendly and helpful every time I stay, and all of the concierge staffs friendly smiles show me they looked more professional than the concierge staff of a five-star hotel 😁. The staff who clean my room was very friendly.

the location is very convenient, right on one of the main streets and close to Victoria Bay. very close to transportation hubs (metro station, bus stops), restaurants, shops, grocery stores. the rooms are clean, quiet, the bed is soft and comfortable. the rooms are tiny, of course, but that's expected.

my only real issue was with the staff. the rooms are obviously tiny, if you have a big luggage there's no space to move around at all, so my personal belongings were also placed on the bed; there's also no secure box where you can please your valued belongings. as soon as I realized that someone had got into my room to change the bed on the first day (they had moved my clothes, my documents etc) I asked the head staff to stop coming into my room for roon service, I didn't really need it for the few days I was staying and I wasn't conformable with strangers touching my belongings to change the sheets. they agreed. the following morning someone ebtered my room while I was naked in bed anyway, and when I asked why they sent someone in my room despite me asking not to and then agreeing, they played dumb. for the rest of my stay, people kept trying to get into my room despite me asking again and again for them to NOT do that, to no awail. I've never seen such a blatant example of disrespect towards a client's request. Also, the staff member who checked me out forcibly entered a 5 star review of their establishment before giving my phone back, that's why the general score of this place is so high. I had to delete it later.

Bed was super comfortable. I slept very well. The layout of the room was alright. However if you're travelling as a couple do know that the toilet is only a glass wall away from the bed.

Broken coffee machine. Leaking water over all the electric outlets, staff didn't seem to care. Check-in was lengthy as there were only 2 staff assigned to the check-in desks. Management failure. Check-in by the staff was swift and effective.
