  • Good equipment in dorm beds (lock, light, plug, towel). • Good wifi, reaches everywhere. • Very good hostel size to ensure social time and meeting other travelers without being overcrowded. • Workable common room (good wifi, good lighting, not too noisy). • Good number of showers, never had to wait even though the hostel was full. • Very cheap unlimited data SIM rental. • Helpful and friendly staff. • Very easily accessible through MTR and direct airport bus. • Dorm lights are switched on and off automatically at a given time, ensuring quiet hours. • Fully equipped bathroom: hair drier, slippers, shower gel, shampoo…

  • Street noises, doors and curtains are loud at night. Good earplugs are enough. • Bed curtains are see-through and thus offer limited privacy.

  Loved every moment of our stay! I am super fussy about accommodation - but it was super clean, comfortable & spacious. Smelt amazing (what is the Disney smell?!) & staff we incredible. Very brief 10 min walk too & from park, much nicer then crowded shuttle. Def walk to park. 100% would stay again.

  WiFi was terrible. Activities were all booked out that my daughter wanted to do. But it was spring festival & crazy busy. Prob would not be a problem usually. Outdoor Pool closed now in Jan - but understand it’s winter there despite not being super cold. Indoor pool open & lovely.

  The attitude of the staff is not very good. The consultation is an impatient attitude. The transportation is not very convenient. The geographical location has no advantage. The check-in experience is very poor. I will never stay in this kind of hotel again!!!!

  The location is good and has a great neigghborehood of thing to do in HongKong. In a busy street.

  The images versus reality was very different, not as trendy and nice at we thought it was, the reception people were not friendly and even as we checkout a day before to go to another hotel, they just didn’t mind. One of our 2 rooms was smelly and humid, bad bed clothings and very used. Carpet in the corridor and the rooms, also not clean. On top of that my room were a little noises from next building that had a nightclub.

  You must go through immigration both ways, expect long queues, and add 90 minutes. Everywhere is supposed to be non-smoking, however, aircon smells of smoke.
