    - “Excellent hotel which we highly recommend - the staff are extremely nice and attentive. Special thanks to Faiz and Nadim. The facilities are excellent - the rooftop pool has a superb view of the Burj Khalifa and other parts of Dubai, and they also have a gym and great spa on the top floor. There's also an ATM inside the hotel. Everything is modern. They are so thorough with cleanliness - they cleaned our room every day, even the sheets looked like they were being changed on a daily basis! We also had plenty of coffee pods for our coffee machine, which we appreciated. It's located in an excellent area of Dubai - it's a less than 10 min drive from the Dubai Mall and just generally it's easy to get from this area of Business Bay to most hotspots in Dubai.”

      I really liked this place where I stayed, so it's a bit rusty. The affordable and pleasant facilities were very nice. It was located in the center of the city, so it was convenient to go anywhere in Hong Kong. The host also provided water and towels for guest. I'll visit here again next time.       The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating and definitely make the stay 5 star. They help with all sorts of needs, from late check outs to finding doctors in the area when you're feeling unwell! There is a lot of small cafes and eateries in the area and shopping areas in Mongkok are an easy 15min walk away.

      The room is comfortable although small so if you have a lot of luggage it is tight in the room. If you want to spend a lot of time on HK island/ Central then it's at least 30mins transport away.

      The scent of the lobby is unique, and i personally dont like it much. The lobby is rather small and low lightingness.The staffs were friendly, however, when we ask about ice cube, he replied we better dial the reception. Nothing bad and overall good.

      The location is very close to the bus stop to and from airport. The hotel is very close to the MTR station. Lift is not too crowded and no long queue. A very pleasant place to stay. Stayed for 8 nights.

      Accessed from the airport, which was handy.

      Lights - some are controlled by buttons on a prehistoric looking control unit, some are on switches on the wall, which was "fun" figuring out, especially as one of the wall rotational switches didn't work (kept rotating with no effect), I ended up unscrewing the light bulb. This was pretty annoying figuring out after a long flight, and just wanting to get some sleep. Some of the wallpaper was peeling.
