- “The property was everything we needed. Wonderfully air-conditioned, comfy beds, great WiFi with so much to choose from to watch for adults & kids alike (Netflix, Disney Channel, etc). We don't have any of that so it was special. I had to have remote access to do some work for my job, & the wifi worked well without dropping out. Provisions were great with back up items provided in the laundry. Awesome reclining lounge chair & adequately large fridge/freezer combination. Loved the fact that the linen wasn't white (pale green). Across the road is bushland, & the neighbouring properties were nice & quiet. Conveniently located to the beach or the shops. Cooloola Cove shopping centre is just 10 mins drive away. Tin Can Bay is closer & offers an IGA, 12 mins walk or 1 min drive away. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering my questions.”

  It is a great location with a decent restaurant, laundromat, and shuttle bus departing to two different locations (metro/harbor) every half an hour. I really appreciate reusable glass drinking bottles and drinking water machines installed on corridors. Rooms are AC and have some other air-clearing equipment.

  It is a pity that the rear windows are matted. This is because they face a cemetery, which I personally find attractive, but it is a taboo in Chinese culture. Otherwise, we could enjoy a stunning view - not only of the cemetery but also of Victoria Peak. Some guests can be really noisy but there is not much that can be done about it.

  Have been staying at Arca hotel 4 times from March till November 24. The experience deteriorated a bit in October and November. The room has an odour, believe that it’s due to the humidity. One of times upon checked in, the dustbin in the toilet was not empty. And one time there was something left on the floor of the bedroom that was not swept or cleared.

  Everything - nothing is available, everything is in poor service, restaurants doesn’t have ingredients and nobody cares about you because tomorrow new audience for Disney park will come. Worse service in my life for such a money amount. If you want to feel like a sheat for your money please go there
