Positive section of review
Great location close to Causeway bay and Wan Chai - all the iconic eating places and not too busy an area. So easy to get around and the hotel feels new and well run. The 2F bar with an outdoor seating area is a must visit - Japanese themed cocktails are very good. The rooms though small are very well designed - the shower is spacious and works great so taking one is so enjoyable.

The overhead lighting over the bathroom vanity and the dressing table is appalling - so there’s no way you can do your makeup after sundown in the room with any precision haha. The WC is rather tight - not too much of a problem for my short legs. There was only one day out of 6 that the housekeeper was sloppy with the making the beds but the reception took the feedback very proactively. So actually this was a positive. The WiFi reception is good but you have to scroll and accept the terms every time you access it - which is not a great customer experience.

The hotel is very well located, and good value being on the cheaper end for Hong Kong central. And with that, it's good for the money. A little dated, and could do with maintenance here and there, but was clean, had everything needed, and no deal breakers at all. Ultimately you get what you pay for, and this place is good for the money.

The Location is Ok hotel staff is quite helpful in every department the are quite courtious room view at higher floors is good. Breakfast is also fine but not much variety for vegetarians.

I guess its the hotels policies that we did't like even the basic amenities like dental kits, water needs to be purchased. We understand doing your part in conservation of environment but there are other ways too in which the basic needs could be met keeping up your part of conserving the envoirnment at the same time.

The room is very spacious, all amenities you need available, quite a spacious shower and toilet. Also, extra nice that they offer an airport shuttle, very convenient.

It is in a big shopping mall which is convenient for getting quick food and all, however it would’ve been nice if there was a quick way outside to get fresh air.

Highly misrepresented. This apartment was dirty, the furniture was ripped and the building felt like a death trap with only one working lift. It was situated amongst commercial businesses, not residential. We did not feel safe and found alternative accommodation despite being non refundable.
