Ideal location as friends lived nearby (so can’t comment on location to tourist sites). Very close to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff and easy check in. Minimalist room but had all the basics needed. Didn’t check use or look at facilities but had a generous common area to gather by reception.

Slightly noisy air conditioner but eventually got use to it. Room was ideal size for solo traveller and large suitcase, could be touch tight with a couple and two large suitcases.

Chungking mansions is a little ghetto but the hotel itself was very clean and nice. You have to walk through a shopping area where people will try to sell you things somewhat aggressively but you just have to say no. The staff had troubles with english but were overall friendly.

Metro station was just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and surprisingly Mall is just adjacent to the metro station. There's a bunch of restaurants to choose to and some delicacies to taste.

Relatively close to the airport, fantastic reception team we felt warmly welcomed. The bath robe felt luxurious!!!

Shuttle car was full during our first visit and wasn’t available at 6am during our second visit, we had to catch an uber instead.

Excellent location, close to the MTR, tram, buses and fantastic restaurants.

The couch in the room was absolutely appalling - the seat and back cushions had been removed and a basic cover placed over the frame to disguise the modification. Horrendous, uncomfortable and ridiculous. I was also promised a bath tub in the suite but only got a shower.

Room was stinky, tiny and had a weird layout. It was fine for us as we were hardly there, but I would definitely not recommend for more than a night or two. They don't even provide real towels!
