Expect small - but with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We booked a twin room because we thought it would suit us better and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the room had excellent air conditioning, and the shower was excellent. There was shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, a hairdryer - and in the corridor, hot and cold water, fridge and microwave. The view was of an inside courtyard so nothing special, but the location is spot on, in the middle of everything and the metro station is literally opposite the front door of the building. Bus stops around the corner, the walk to Star Ferry (if you prefer to walk) takes about 15 minutes. The staff are absolutely lovely friendly people. Ideal.

The shower leaked on one of the days and I couldn’t work out how it happened but we were paddling in the bathroom. Other than that, it was all excellent.

Good stay for family w/kids, small room but comfortable, hot/cold shower are fine, water flow and flushes are all working well. No bugs seen and no smell inside the room. Hotel as awhole smells good. Only please provide complimentary drinking water specially when you arrive late and no shops available and the vending machine inside the premises is out.

The pool is close during our stay but before I booked it confirms here online that it will be open during our stay tgatwhy I choose to proceed. Next time please provide accurate information to your online clients.

The buffet breakfast was great. This was a nice family friendly location as we were going to Disneyland HK. The room was very big and comfy. Even with a concert next door, it was quiet and we didn't hear much.

The only funny things I would nit-pick are that the staff can be a bit blunt (but that's somewhat to be expected in HK) and we could hear a strange computer sound next to our room which bothered our young son a little bit.

The room is not as advertised. The size is ridiculously small, but advertised as 10m2 A super single bed and pretend to be a double deluxe room. No TV, wardrobe as mentioned in the description. The aircond was so loud and disturbing, took some time to fix it in the middle of the night.

I have been coming to Cosmo for about 10 yrs. Always enjoyed it until now. It was once cozy, well maintained and a pleasure to be. Not any more. I booked rooms with breakfast. Breakfast was a drab little box to take up to one's room with mainly disgusting food. A real shame to still sell room+bkf.

The fitness facility was not as advertised. Staff called my room at 10pm at night and I had small children asleep to tell me that I had to come down and pay a tax. This caused us a disturbance and I had already paid the costs due the night before I arrived at hotel

It’s difficult to access - I’m disabled No support for moving luggage up and down stairs Restaurants are mindfully bad nutritionally or catering for different needs. Pool always closed when we go Decorating is poor and cleanliness is much to be desired.
