  Location was good, close to the train station approximately a 5 minute walk and close to buses that go to the international airport. The staff were very lovely and let us into our room at 6am on the day of check in which was fantastic having just landed very tired at 4am. The room had everything you wanted. We did not get breakfast at the hotel and got breakfast at local Hong Kong style cafes however they were very average and would opt to get the breakfast at the hotel next time we stay. We stayed at the hotel 7 nights and felt the room was big enough to open suitcases. The room was a superior room type with glimpses of the water. Overall happy with our stay and would stay again if in Hong Kong.

  Fridge in room did not get cold, told staff of the issue. Staff seemed to disregard our concerns and said the mini fridge does not get cold and stays about 10 degrees. Called staff again thinking it was a language barrier however yet again they disregarded my concerns. Gave up on the fridge to fine it fixed and icey cold two days later. I believe the handyman was finally called and fixed the issue with the fridge.

  For the stay everything was find & good. Location was perfect as 7 eleven was just walking distance, many local restaurant nearby and food was good. Even there is morning/noon market infront of the hotel but they are very clean and every night they will clean the place and no smell around. Perfect to Hong Kong Govt.

  Housekeeping should improve more which i think 3 days change once wasn't very pleasant. Eventually we stayed here for 7 days but only once our towel was changed and bedsheet wasn't changed seems. Toilet floor towel wasn't change at all till we have to call the house keeping to bring a new towel and we change ourself. Our rubbish which we leave it on the basin wasn't throw and reason we did not put in the rubbish bin was bcoz it's a bottles which unable to fit in the small bin therefore we put in the basin but it was not being thrown. Maybe some suggestion with your WYNDHAM group, you should think of some refurbishment of your room especially your toilet & furniture. (just sugesstion) Hope there will be improvement ..... thanks
