The hotel location is approx 10 minutes' walk to CityGate Outlets shopping and eateries, quite convenient! Complimentary shuttle bus services are available, hourly frequency. The room has an ocean view, a clean line, and a modern design. The pool and gym are well equipped. Breakfast was as good as expected for Sheraton standard. It has a reasonable variety, it catered for East and West taste buds.

We paid for a family room for 4 adults. But, upon checking in, found the room set up for 2, everything is set up for 2, eg. 2 robes, 2 pairs of slippers, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, 2 double beds, the beds weren't sized to take 2 adults, because the bed were not wide enough to fit 2 pillows side-by-side, etc. We needed to negotiate moving about in the room without tripping over each other. I queried the hotel check-in staff, and she insisted that no mistake was made, all family rooms are in the hotel are the same, and I didn't buy it. but I didn't want to argue and didn't want to make a scene. I certainly felt short-changed, perhaps cheated. As they say, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.....

There was a direct bus from the airport to a bus stop near the property which made access very convenient! Plus, the staff was super nice and explained hostel facilities really well!

Really friendly staff and great location. Leave the tap running a bit for hot water before showering but after the water temperature and pressure are great
