We arrived with 2 people and had an upgrade, a whole familyroom! The big bed was clean and firm, the way I like it, it is nice that you are sleeping in a bit of a niche. Extra sleepingcouch was firm and extra chair too. Nice to put stuff on. Kitchen was OK, clean and complete. There was a folding table. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Everything is clean. The location is stunning. Breakfast wil do nicely, view is THE extra, wish we could stay one more night! Remember you have to take the ferry from Hong Kong Island so check the latest. Reception in the shop behind is open till 24 h midnight, otherwise it is self check inn. When you arrive at the pier around midnight some pubs, shops (minimarket) and street stalls are open so you can get something to eat.

The details of the room, very good use of the space, very pratical. The interior style was nice kind, of Japanese. Lovely little star lamp that makes figures on the wall. The niches where the beds were in are cozy. Own bathroom is nice, yes small but this is how it works in Hong Kong! Only the sliding door/curtain could be renewed. Good and clean sheets and towels. Walls are thin but what do you expect in Hong Kong, room is small. No real window is normal. People next door were quiet. The location is in the middle of busy Mong Kok, just outside is the subway. We got the exact same room we booked according to the pictures.

One matrass was rock hard, even for me! It was a thin folding matrass. The other ones were all good, even for China standard a bit soft. Staff helped really well by providing extra thick blankets and said they would change it. At that moment all the rooms were taken. A bedside lamp would be the final touch!

The hotel, despite being a bit dated/old fashioned vibe, is well positioned, comfortable and gives that exclusivity feeling that you find at similar Langham hotels in other geographies. The lobby is nice and the staff is very cordial and attentive/willing to help. The room was large and very comfortable, the breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. The location is great with many shops, food options, transportation and landmark views nearby.

The pool is decent but gives a very "concrete structure" type of vibe. My recommendation would be to use large plants and flowers in the area to tone down the concrete vibes and enhance the nature feeling. There is also no dedicated service poolside so if you want a drink while enjoying the pool it is complex to achieve. There are usually 2 employees at the entrance (which is also the gym entrance). One of them could focus on checking if customers need a beverage while at the pool as in similar 5 stars hotels.

The thoughtfulness, cleanliness & excellent views. The convenience to the Conference & Exhibition Centre was fabulous, and the staff are very helpful, though not all appear to be fluent in English these days.

The breakfast fee is outrageously expensive, even with the 10% discount offered to hotel guests. We discovered far better choices nearby. I would prefer that they still provide information about hotel services in a traditional printed style too, because it felt cold to not have that in the room, and I wasn't sure if the outdoor pool was heated. I couldn't find a switch for the toilet nightlight. It seems to be automated, but doesn't stay on all night.

Everything, getting into our room was a nightmare, they didn't answer the door or phone for a long time, then told us they didn't have any rooms left and sent us to other companies in the complex. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful as the locations of the rooms was unclear, it was a dirty facility, terrible room and not as advertised on booking.com. it was practically a cupboard. We would never recommend staying here, remove them from this site is my recommendation.
