We stayed in a Superior Queen room. Initially we'd been given two single beds for some reason, but staff were able to swap us to a room with a queen bed. Bed was comfortable, on the softer side. Good space in the room with chairs and surfaces sufficient to eat some takeaway and do a bit of work if you wanted. Bathroom was nicely designed, and the room overall was visually appealing. Water dispenser for chilled and hot water near the lifts on each floor was a nice touch. Staff were all very polite and highly attentive (at times a bit overwhelmingly so) and efficient. Gym was well-equipped with cardio machines, weights machines, and dumbbells up to 18kg. Some of the benches could be moved to create decent floor space. Heavier weights were not available outside of the gym staffed hours.

Overall, though our stay was comfortable, this hotel was pretty poor value for money. "Glittering city views" were hardly delivered which was disappointing. We were overlooking an office building with barely even any view of the sky. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic, totally lacking in vegan options beyond fruit and cereal - having just come from some amazing breakfast buffets on the mainland with so many options for us we were disappointed. Coffee comes out of an automatic machine which is disappointing for the price. There was no option not to include breakfast when we booked so we felt a bit ripped off. Breakfast area is really cramped and felt like there were constantly people's kids on top of us. We thought the room was pretty clean until the sliver of sunlight hit the window and the headboard of the bed: handprints all over the glass and splash marks (don't want to think about what that was...) on the headboard. Some of the bench surfaces also could have used a deep clean. No cutlery or crockery provided in the room, only tiny tea cups and saucers (no mugs).

Miya was very helpful in making my stay comfortable. Originally I booked a room with the hotel but upon arrival I was moved to another building and after the 2nd day was given a different room... still very content with the room.. facilities could do with modern fittings and the rooms need updating but the cost of the room sums up what you pay is what you get..still I would recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in the heart of the centre ..enjoyed my stay and I would book again without hesitation..

Is a rare gem to find such comfortable spacious accommodation at the heart of city. Location and connectivity are superb. Service staffs are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very basic but drinks are provided all days. Security and room services are good. I have a blessed wonderful holiday in Hong Kong. Thank you so much 🥰❤️

Budget accommodation in Kowloon. Jordan Station (Rail) right outside and bus stops within 100m. Jordan Rd and Nathan Rd crossway. An easy walk to the waterfront, Temple St night markets and plenty of restaurants, bars nearby. Lovely staff who were very helpful.

The rooms are looking very tired and and in need of some maintenance - it did seem like this might be happening to neighbouring rooms when we arrived. Not for people wanting to hang out in their room. Use it as a base and it'll be just right.

The location was really good for central Kowloon. The staff were very professional and helpful: Wilson, one of the concierge staff was very helpful, indeed. The room was a good size, though a little more space around the bed would have been better.

Not much to say - it was a very nice stay

The hotel was in a central location from where we had come from-the airport - and where we were going next, namely the cruise terminal. We used the stay to relax and wander the nearby streets
