Fantastic locale (although slow to get to when traffic is bad!) All the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind making allowances and helping my wife in wheel chair and family get around. The gym and changing rooms were great (maybe could do with an ergo rowing machine?) Restaurant seemed very nice but we only had time to have takeaway for our room. Hotel beautifully decorated throughout and a great mix of cultures!

Unfortunately the terrace was shut for renovations while we were there which was a real pity as was looking forward to chilling there.

Location and convenience to the subway station. It’s great if you wish to explore Kowloon in particular and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room is nice and furnishings are new.

Slow check in. The room was not ready by check in time. Shower floor has water ponding each time you shower. No swimming pool. Small and sometimes crowded lobby. There are only 2 or 3 staff helping guests at any one time.

No convenient shop in the vicinity. Although you can get almost everything from the hotel but some personal stuff (eg sanitary pad) the choice of brand/type does matter

Once reaching room almost midnight I discovered that there is no water in the room and one has to buy water as required by local regulation that was introduced recently. That was so disappointing as worldwide wherever bottled water is not kept, atleast drinking water arrangement through tap (may be in common corridor) is ensured. How can one expect guest to go out and buy water as soon as one reach room.
