the only one main problem is the bed is smaller then normal size even they said is double size ,still small for two western people,also there is no room to open your 28 inches luggage in the room unless on the bed

Room needs renovation. Very outdated. Room a little small. Although the hotel is near the MTR station, it's still a little troublesome to push the luggage and stroller along the busy streets and uneven pavements to the hotel.

On the third day of our stay, the running water from the tap was rusty dark-brown. We could not take a shower nor boil water for drinking. We went to the reception to inform the staff but a male staff responded in an indifferent manner. The problem lasted for the whole day and when we boil water for drinking the next day, there was still rust residue in the water. The male staff refused to apologise or make any compensation. We feel they didn’t take the customers seriously.

When we first checked in there was only one towel, that was a bit odd. Check in staff was not the nicest and we got lost finding our room. The air conditioning wasn't working very well, our room was stuffy.
