Be prepared to climb around 20minutes to the main street for sightseeing, restaurants, shops and caffes. The room was nice and it had everything I needed. The bed comfortable - had a very good sleep. The breakfast was delicious and is served inside or on the terrace with the fantastic view. The staff was really helpful, friendly and made sure that everything is good with our stay. The host has a great knowledge about the city and surrounding area and gave the advices what to see and not to missed. Strongly recommended!”

  Great spot . 2 mins from tram stop and shops bars etc . Breakfast good. Staff lovely and very helpful . Harbour view worth every last penny! Awesome view from room 2212. Diner next called Panda is great for decent drink and lovely food when you get back and just need quick fix

  external window soundproofing was terrible. Could hear airplane droning noises every 3 minutes throughout the night and couldn't sleep (bring earplugs!) Bathroom whilst luxuriously appointed lacked attention to detail (for instance glass door of toilet cubicle too close to the toilet, non-existent or extremely weak bathroom extractor fan resulting in dampness)
