It was a worthwhile experience for our family, especially for my in-laws who were coming to HK for the first time and had never thought of a spacious, tidy, and comfortable room for them in HK. The location is so convenient for MTR and lots of options for dining and accessible grocery and 7-11. It was indeed a memorable one for a family of 12 with two seniors. Thank you as well for accommodating my request for early check-in for my senior in-laws. They were able to rest after an early flight.

One lady staff who was a bit rude although she smiled when we went down to leave the place during our checkout. She called my attention when we were fixing our luggage outside the lobby and when I said we were about to leave she insisted on ushering us up to the elevator as if we were being shooed away from the hotel. She may get irritated and did not understand what I said but I hope her manner is more courteous. But anyway, that is incomparable to the best experience we had. Thank you

The hotel offers best value for money. I was sceptical about booking it by looking at reviews mentioning small rooms, but honestly the room size did not caused any trouble. It had all amenities ranging from fridge, hairdryer, locker to Usb C charging ports. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to take your from airport to hotel and to Tung Chung MTR station, saving your money for cab

Amazing stay, loved the room. Pool area is so good and great to meet Disney characters on site. Such a good drop off and pick up service for Disneyland. If you're going to Disneyland you should stay here.

Rooms are quite small and bathrooms are open to the bedroom. But good for short stays. Corridors were also freezing cold i dont understand the need for freezing cold AC.

Room size too small as per the category booked - Studio suite Very minimal options during breakfast. No change in the food items throughout our 6 days stay. Exact same breakfast items daily .
