Location is good. Easy for coming from the airport by bus A21, stop almost infront of hotel for 36 Hkd. We stayed 5 days, and communication with Samson was great before and during the stay. Fridge in room, water in the hallway. Water kittle and microwave in hallway. We stayed in block c of chunking mansion 13 th floor. Elevator for this block is never crowded. If you stay few days, you can buy octopus card in MRT for 200 HKD, Easy for travel everywhere and can pay in every shop and restaurants in HK. This guest House is safe and you can leave your bags before check in or after checkout

The bathroom was very small it's Hong Kong 😉 Chunking mansion is crowded and has many solicitors for guest houses. But it's safe and once you know it, you won't pay attention to them .

Very comfy rooms with beautiful design touches. The beds are soft and comfortable, especially good if you are someone who does not like hard beds (I realise it's a cultural preference thing, but most HK beds are too hard for my taste). I thought the interior design was really elegant and the breakfast is great (I don't really like hotel breakfast but this was on another level).

The windows in the room are a bit small and may only be single glazed. Some sound from the street below is audible at night.

The staff was great, they show you around the hostal and give you recomendations of nearby restaurants. Beds are ok, but your sleep depends on what roomates you get, as any hostal. Everything is clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean and luxe. Decent location with shops across the road and a lovely waterfront promenade nearby. Nice having a shuttle service.

Given the size of the brand and hotel, the facilities were lacking. Namely, a gym. We knew this when booking, so no complaints. Just mind-boggling that a hotel of this stature does not have a gym.

The smell of the room was very bad but when I turned off the AC it got better. I read some views that were bed bugs and unfortunately they were true. I didnt like the location at all but if you want a better one you will pay double the price. And finally, when I requested to check out at 2:00 PM they made me pay extra.
