We don't have any of that so it was special. I had to have remote access to do some work for my job, & the wifi worked well without dropping out. Provisions were great with back up items provided in the laundry. Awesome reclining lounge chair & adequately large fridge/freezer combination. Loved the fact that the linen wasn't white (pale green). Across the road is bushland, & the neighbouring properties were nice & quiet. Conveniently located to the beach or the shops. Cooloola Cove shopping centre is just 10 mins drive away. Tin Can Bay is closer & offers an IGA, 12 mins walk or 1 min drive away. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering my questions.”

There is a large TV in the living room and another TV in the room, both of them with free Netflix. Everything is super clean and it smells good.   Breakfast was great — lots of options at the buffet, good to fortify ourselves for a day of exploring. The rooms were very nice. We had one large suite for two of us, with a standard room right next door for our two teens. The suite had ample room for us to all relax together as a family, and then the kids went next door to sleep. There's a Marks & Spencer supermarket only about 20 metres away, and a 7 Eleven over the other side of the road. Many many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Ding Ding tram stop around 50 metres away. Laundry was simple to use — bring a travel clothesline to hang things in the bathroom, if you have clothes you don't want to put in the dryer. Taxi to/from the airport cost 400 HKD.

  Amazing area, very clean and beautiful and chic design. Has vending machines and a laundry room (that accepts credit cards!). Fine gym. Great room cleaning service. Really felt nice in it. I'd definitely stay again there. Great zone with many cute restaurants and bars nearby.

  Pretty much not many downsides. I was pretty happy. A bit far from metro station :(

  The bed was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful and nice. The hostel is very close to the water and a subway station, you can get to everything from there.
- Negative section of review
  
  I wouldn’t recommend coming to this guesthouse as a woman alone, to get to the hostel you have to walk through an indoor market and at night the entrance gets crowded. It is not the hostels fault, but just be aware as a woman traveling alone.

  Location. MTR station and one of the major shopping malls are within 5 min walk. 24 hours convenient stores and many restaurants are readily accessible.

  The noise in the corridor easily penetrates the door. If you are not lucky, you will be waken up by the people next door.in early morning.

  Price were reasonable. Locker facilities, socket and balcony to dry clothes was a plus point. Quite clean. Safe.

  Water heater should be maintained or changed. Can burn your skin. Hot and cold water were opposite side. Basin next to toilet bowl very close distance cannot stand at basin to wash up but understandable because Hong Kong houses are limited space.
