- “The property was everything we needed. Wonderfully air-conditioned, comfy beds, great WiFi with so much to choose from to watch for adults & kids alike (Netflix, Disney Channel, etc). We don't have any of that so it was special. I had to have remote access to do some work for my job, & the wifi worked well without dropping out. Provisions were great with back up items provided in the laundry. Awesome reclining lounge chair & adequately large fridge/freezer combination. Loved the fact that the linen wasn't white (pale green). Across the road is bushland, & the neighbouring properties were nice & quiet. Conveniently located to the beach or the shops. Cooloola Cove shopping centre is just 10 mins drive away. Tin Can Bay is closer & offers an IGA, 12 mins walk or 1 min drive away. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering my questions.”

  Fantastic views of the city, very central to Yau Ma Tei with even a minibus stop right in front. Good facilities and neighborhood. The water refilling station by the reception was appreciated. Personnel very helpful and guided us that bus to the airport is direct and very close to the hotel.

  The location was ideal for exploring Hong Kong island and further afield, with friendly and approachable staff. Efficient service too - asked for extra pillows and arrived within minutes of reaching the room.
- Negative section of review
  
  While the bathroom was very small (with the bath towels being of equal smallness!), the only thing that let the room down was the mattresses. Very, very hard - could maybe do with a mattress topper? Aside from that, the hotel was as expected.

  Drinking water not provided. Have to buy water inside the hotel or outside store. This hotel must provide water dispenser on the hallway for drinking water.

  The hotel is new, rooms spacious, views great. You won't see the famous part of the Victoria Harbour from your window, but it's still beautiful with the water view.

  Not much to do in the immediate proximity, but a ferry station to Central is right next to the hotel, and metro is 10 minutes away on foot.

  Affordable price. Relatively walkable distance to MTR station. Reception is friendly and helpful.

  Bathroom - it is really annoying to have the shower making entire bathroom/toilet wet. Drainage is not quick either, meaning it’s impossible to go into bathroom/toilet after you’ve taken a shower until next morning when everything is dry again. Cleaning staff also not the best. When first checked-in, found dirt and dust on my bed. After each day’s clean they also would not automatically refill toilet paper rolls when they see you’re running out.
