The service was outstanding—the cashier even waited for me in the middle of the night to check in after my long journey. That level of care and hospitality made a lasting impression.”

      Great place to stay in central Hong Kong. The room was good and the staff were friendly. The only complaint if I were to nitpick, was a near empty roll of toilet paper on the holder and no replacement roll in the room. Obviously they took care of it but it's surprising we had to ask.

      The location was very good. Besides it was close to the MTR Causeway Bay station, you can find eateries, shops, supermarkets, and a coin laundry in this area. Reasonable price for a stay in Hong Kong. Facilities (bed, wifi, shower, etc.) worked as expected.

      It takes a while to get hot water in the shower. (Is this type of water heater common in Hong Kong?)

      It's an older hotel, but it fits fully the purpose for a short stay before the night / early morning flights. Foodwise, you can also easily go the airport food court instead. Room which we had was clean, meaning no cigarette smokes could be smelled.

      It had a nice view, and a very spacious room! The bed was also very good! Even from the bathroom you can enjoy the beautiful Harbour view!

      Bed was comfy, nice view, size was decent for HK.

      The 2 Receptionist’s I interacted with were both cold and unfriendly. The only option for water was the vending machine….that wasn’t the problem, the problem is that the machine doesn’t take card or cash!!! It was a local type card only. If you make the guests buy water, at least give them an option to pay for it!!
