It was easy to access from the airport with a direct bus that drops us in front of the hotel. The staff were really helpful and nice too. Beds and showers were clean. Nice big window with good lighting in the room. I also really appreciated that they allowed us for early check-in since our rooms were ready. Thank you so much for that. The hotel was within walking distance to the nearest MTR.

Room can be a bit small if you want to open up two large suitcases. My friend and I travelled with 2 smaller cabin suitcase and we just had enough space for them.

Location was the best selling point of this hotel. The room was fine, especially the bathroom was quite spacious. Breakfast was quite basic, but certainly acceptable.

Hotel staff were not very friendly to us. But I saw some of them being quite friendly to other guests, especially those from the developed countries. Price of the room was quite high.

The smooth process of travelling from the park to the hotel. Overall my childhood dream became a reality. We had an amazing time.

There was a very musty odour in the room. On the first day the toilet was clogged. Need more options of food outlets in the hotel. More characters could walk around the hotel we saw Pluto twice. This would assist as in the park it's very difficult to get pictures with the characters due to the large queues.

Lift didn’t work. Changes to one room but had paid for two twin rooms. To be fair it helped to check in early, but was v squashed and without towels.
