You can also walk to the usual attractions like Hagia Sofya and Topkapi Palace. For the room, it's as described. A bit small but it didn't really bother us. People with bigger luggages might have a hard time moving around. It's equipped with the usual amenities. Staff was great. Everyone was nice and friendly. They cleaned our rooms and replenished amenities everyday. They also helped us with airport transfers. Breakfast was great. They serve Turkish food and it was delicious. It can be a bit more varied, since it's almost the same everyday. Still enjoyed it though.”

  It was easy to access from the airport with a direct bus that drops us in front of the hotel. The staff were really helpful and nice too. Beds and showers were clean. Nice big window with good lighting in the room. I also really appreciated that they allowed us for early check-in since our rooms were ready. Thank you so much for that. The hotel was within walking distance to the nearest MTR.

  Room can be a bit small if you want to open up two large suitcases. My friend and I travelled with 2 smaller cabin suitcase and we just had enough space for them.

  Location within central is very strategic, it is close to a lot of recommended/popular eateries. The room is clean and well maintained.

  This isn’t a dislike; but the staff at the reception area are not friendly/welcoming, except for the older doorman. They are potentially helpful if you have questions, but they rarely acknowledge us when entering/leaving the building.

  Location was excellent & the Staff friendly and helpful. Room was of a good size. with a great view towards Causeway Bay. Very quiet.

  I found the bed too hard (but that is my personal opinion). The Shower over the bath is very tight & small. There was some mould in the bathroom tiles & silicone seals.

  Well, the hotel was ancient, it was good only for transit, the rooms were very smoky smell and not clean, and no complimentary water was provided. I had to fill it by myself. the location is not very good for a long stay cause it is far from downtown, although there is a shelter
