      The hotel was well-presented, staff were courteous and largely helpful -- English ability varied but needs were met, one way or another. Room was very spacious, both objectively and for Hong Kong. I didn't make use of the feature, but special rooms were available for those with a habit 🚬

      The upgraded room was large and roomie. The breakfast was delicious with a number of items to order as well as a small buffet.

      The King Room was so small you couldn't change your mind in it. Ended up upgrading to a corner King for an additional cost. It was worth the extra money to be able to fit in all of the luggage we had at the end of a month long trip.
