Excellent location for us who did not want too close to the busy and crowded malls and shopping areas. It is not too far from them but more importantly, not very close. Room - clean and more space compared with those in typical 3 star hotels in Japan. Breakfast is great. It's healthy and the staff serving breakfast was prompt and attentive.

Not much except that we stayed there for 8 nights and it felt that the breakfast variety was the same after our third or 4 fourth morning.

Hotel was value-for-money and staff were very helpful to assist. There is a 7-11 in the building and some eateries as well. There is also a bus that takes you from the hotel to the nearby metro stations so it is quite convenient even though the hotel is located outside of the city.

Rooms were very small. We got a triple room and there wasn’t really any space for us to open our luggages. A double room would have worked better space-wise. They only provide 3-in-1 soap and there is no floor mat for the toilet. No slippers were provided too so bring your own.

Location is great, it it near metro station and we moved really easily everywhere. Bed is super comfy and room was perfectly clean. Since check out is at 12h and our flight was in the evening, we also had a possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.

1. Kettle: for health concerns, is the kettle made of plastics? phthalates? Why not using stainless steel kettle? 2. The sink is clogged. Water isn't draining properly. 3. too strong ceiling spotlight over the bed.
