Bad reviews were mostly about lack of things in room, "dangerous location", and misunderstanding what trevizzo actually is. First of all yeah its possible that you gotta buy some extra things like coffee cups, glasses, toilet paper etc, and its nothing expensive anyway. I am used to bigger cups for my coffee but i managed to enjoy it with cup trevizzo provided. Second thing is location. Well Sao Paulo is not for "soft" tourists. Yes we can see homeless people and shady guys around but its same in any big modern city in the world. To be honest they were asking for money to get some food and i am glad they asked me so i had opportunity to test my humanity and to help. I had 0 bad or dangerous situations. People are really nice and friendly. Police is everywhere around, so that part of town is not that dangerous as some visitors said. Just be what you are, dont be scared and enjoy beautiful Republica. Last thing and very important is Trevizzo is not a hotel. You rent apartment and you should take care of your hygiene there. Things were pretty nice, new and modern inside like TV and fridge. The view is amazing. Just 20 meters away is nice grocery "Mini". Cafes, street food, restaurants are all around. Metro Linha 3 is near and a lot of bus stops. I had only positive experience with Travizzo and this appartment. I will book here again for sure.”
