Breakfast is basic but it is something that you can have it during morning: sausages, wedges and omellete/boiled egg, fruits, yoghurt, waffle, cereals, bread and cheese. Also there is water fountain in the lobby near the elevator. I recommed this accommodation. I saw there are rooms at higher floors with view over NYC.”

  Practical choice for those who wish to stay at Disney. The price is way cheaper than the other two Disney hotels so don't expect to feel the grandness the other two hotels exude. However for the the price you pay for, it is very much worth the value. It's clean, service is good, and room size is decent. With the free shuttle, we hotel-hopped and enjoyed the amenities and restaurants in the bigger two Disney hotels. Check-in and -out was smooth. Request for high floor facing the garden (not sea view), swith off your room lights, and you'll have a partial view of the night time fireworks.

  Room was an excellent size, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was great - both a bath and shower. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Of note the porters who assisted with our luggage and transportation were very efficient and helpful. Special mention to guest services assistant Maria who provided maps, transport information and detailed instructions on how to get to many tourist attractions worth seeing. She provided this as we were checking in and it was invaluable to have such clear and concise instructions on how to get around

  On our first night we went to the cafe to have dinner using the a la carte menu. Unfortunately this was not available and rather than go elsewhere we had to settle for the buffet which was extremely expensive given the limited amount we ate. We would have appreciated the a la carte menu being available as advertised in the hotel information or alternatively if staff had directed us to order through room service it would have better suited our needs.

  Great location in Sheung Wan, quiet area but still plenty of places to eat and grocery shops nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with a good queen sized bed.
