Thank you for letting my parents go in the room earlier than expected time. After 16 hours of flight they were super tired and I heard my dad’s tone may not be as nice. Thank you for still being polite, professional and helpful. Will certainly choose your hotel again next time.

The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful. Kudos to Ms. Amy at the reception, she got a birthday cake (complimentary) sent to our room for my Gf birthday, which was a nice gesture.

Very good accomodation. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and have good facilities for making, coffee, breakfast, and snacks. Beds are comfortable and soft and the views are terrific.

My room was above a rooftop tennis court and during the day you could sort of hear the balls being hit around but there were few other noises (very very little traffic noise for HK), so the tennis practice wasn't a big deal.

Owner of the property marked this reservation as cancelled, however i did check in, paid full price, but only stayed 1 night out of 3. The reason for that are that when we checked in, there was a fridge in our room, when we opened it, it was extremely smelly and there was rotten moldy food inside of it. It means that this fridge wasn't checked or cleaned for a long time (months?). AC was on but not working and there was no remote to fix it. We mentioned those things to the reception and they said they will take a look. When we were back, fridge was gone, but all the trash behind it was still there. Bedsheets looked clean and ironed, but when we opened them, both of us could find multiple hair not belonging to us. After the fridge situation we had big doubts about cleanliness of this place. We were fine with basic accommodation, but we also expected it to be clean. AC still wasn't working so we had to use a very loud fan, and thinking of dirty bedsheets we couldnt really sleep well there. In the bathroom door wasn't closing, so when taking a shower, with one hand/leg, you would have to keep the door closed to make sure water doesnt go outside of the bathroom. Considering all that, we decided to check out earlier. And now i can see that owner of the property marked it as cancelled as if we never showed up. However we paid the full price and as a result, i wasn't able to leave this review and collect my reservation points. After months of talking to booking.com support i am able to leave this review. Note that you will also have 15-20 minutes of waiting for the elevator to go to your room.
