Room was ok. Birthday card available for guest who has birthday during month of staying and Pin to wear when entering the park. Garden is available for kid to walk around. Staff was helpful. Easy access to Disney Park.

No convenience store or restaurant with reasonable price nearby. Expected a bit more Disney special. Breakfast needs to pay more which is ok but would be better if included in the price of the room. Everything was expensive, understandable but not worth the money paid. Since we went during Christmas so expected more lighting around the hotel but only inside and Disney Parl.

It’s spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. All necessary toiletries are provided. Provides coffee and pastries for all guests on the morning.

The staff, Dexter, at the front desk is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Seemed reluctant to offer any answer when asked. Talks softly behind the mask and showed his frustration when asked to repeat. A lady who is helping with the new staff during the check in is not very customer centric as well, quite high handed. Need to ask for my special request even though I have indicated. Otherwise, the other staff are nice and helpful. The floor in the room could be good if carpeted as it’s cold during winter. Not really worth the price given bad staff attitude and service.
