Nathan Grand Room with Extra Bed- Spacious, clean, central to public transport, close to tourist attractions, safe neighborhood, and friendly staff. My family loved our stay at this hotel, they take extra care to make sure you are taken care off. The staff are so hospitable and even prepared special meals to cater for our Vegetarian diet.

Great bed, exactly my taste. I hate carpets and love marble in the room, therefore this hotel is perfect since it's all marble. My room was clean, quiet, spacious in Hong Kong standards. It has all you need.

Location is good during the day, that is when the shuttle bus, normal buses and trains operate. During midnight, when these means of transport don't run, it is surprisingly difficult to get to the hotel. Altohugh it is litteraly ten minutes by walk from the airport, there is no path that leads to the hotel. So the only remianing way is to take a 3-minute taxi for 24 HKD.

The shuttle bus was great, always on time and very helpful bus driver. I love the breakfast, it had good variety of food, lovely staff at the breakfast area. Love the room too, very clean and smelling good.

The room is spacious, the decorations are neat and tidy even though a bit gold.

All hotels rooms are supposedly Smoke Free but my room isn’t, it seems that there were tenths of people smoking inside the room for weeks. The smell is super strong and it is in nasal cavity still after some hours. Also this hotel seems under staff all the time, I waited 20 minutes to checkin and every staffs are in blanked face, even the staff in concierge, they have no facial expressions whenever you talked to them.

The bedroom view and room design is beautiful as is the restaurant and lobby.

The beds are very hard and not comfortable at all. The lift door is very aggressive and shuts on you constantly. The room wasn’t very clean, hair on the carpet, dirty windows, bins hadn’t been emptied from previous person who stayed in the room. Roof garden was closed
