The location is spot on, close to an MTR station and is just along Nathan Road where shops are restos are close by. It's super value for money it exceeded expectation - room size, breakfast, staff. It's more like a premium basic - you pay basic but you get a premium service. I have just recommended it to a friend, and will continue to do so to anyone I know!

The environment and the location are great. It's a very nice getaway. You can find nice local restaurants and things to do nearby. The kids really enjoyed the playground and the small swimming pool with the slides.

Location-wise,it's only 10-15 minutes tram ride to Central(35-40 minutes brisk walk).Also,you can take a ferry ride from Wan Chai to Kowloon which is the more traditional side of Hong Kong.

There were literally no amenities provided,towels,soap,shampoo,and so on.Also,there was a specific staff with glasses, and worked at early morning shift,who had no smile,and seemed like he hated communicating with me. Please hire someone who is eager to build rapport with guests.

Stuff didn't allow early checking even if the room was ready and an email agreement happened before. He wanted to charge 1/2 day rate. Too noisy at night with very loud AC system
