  Perfect position next to the main road and metro station, convenient quality-price. Maybe could not be easy to find the right elevator to reach the hotel but people at ground floor are kind to guide you.

  Small rooms, sometimes noisy neighbours. But for a short visit to the city it wasn't such a big problem.

  Hotel is in a wonderful location to explore the Kowloon area. Having a full food court under hotel is a big bonus. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

  Location! Room was big and very comfortable as I was upgraded for my booking. Service staff at the reception and concierge were excellent.

  Breakfast choices were bad! We had the breakfast in the first morning and skipped the next two days. Maybe can consider local items like congee and fried noodles. Housekeeping staff may want to attention to small details, e.g. top up shower gel as I had to write a note on the 3rd morning, stains/rust on sink and shower bar (stainless steel area).

  No security for the elevator to go to the rooms, you can access any floor. Moreover, no housekeeping if you didn’t ask the reception staff explicitly. When they cleaned the room, the bed sheets were still the same, room was not cleaner afterwards. Keycards often didn’t work so we had to go to the reception to ask for new ones. However, the next day, the keycard didn’t work again so it was annoying.
