    - “The property was everything we needed. Wonderfully air-conditioned, comfy beds, great WiFi with so much to choose from to watch for adults & kids alike (Netflix, Disney Channel, etc). We don't have any of that so it was special. I had to have remote access to do some work for my job, & the wifi worked well without dropping out. Provisions were great with back up items provided in the laundry. Awesome reclining lounge chair & adequately large fridge/freezer combination. Loved the fact that the linen wasn't white (pale green). Across the road is bushland, & the neighbouring properties were nice & quiet. Conveniently located to the beach or the shops. Cooloola Cove shopping centre is just 10 mins drive away. Tin Can Bay is closer & offers an IGA, 12 mins walk or 1 min drive away. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering my questions.”

      Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, lovely linen, and the room cleaned every day. Bed changed every 3 days. The room itself was a decent size. Lovely views. I have coeliac disease and, although I provided my own bread, with toaster bags, and crackers, there were eggs, ham, salad and melon etc which I felt safe to eat. I had no repercussions.

      That there was nothing to put on door to say when it was convenient for housekeeping to enter room. A couple of awkward moments 😬 as I'm a little deaf and the bell was not very loud..........

      The hotel has very kindly arranged the room I had requested for the new year countdown. Awesome view of the fireworks over the victoria harbour. This is the 5th time I have stayed with harbourview. Never regretted my decision. My first hotel choice whenever I visit hk for work or leisure. Comfortable bed too. They have also renovated their rooms so everything is new!

      The customer service was exceptional and I love that they clean our room literally everyday. When we left the room a bit late, they were kind enough to ask if we wanted our rooms to be cleaned and they were really nice to say goodbye after we checked out the room.

      Staff were really courteous and helpful. There is a mall next door which is really convenient. Rail and bus connectivity is really good however you need to know that property is in new territories, which is about 1 hour (30 to 35 kms) from HK city.

      There was no room service (Food, beverage or something as simple as heating up food), there were no water bottles or toiletries' provided. Only after booking was it communicated that law prohibits from providing toiletries and one must pay additional for them. Restaurant in the hotel mainly serves Cantonese cuisine (not multi cuisine).
