You get what you paid for. There were cockroaches in the room. The building itself looks unclean. The elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage 1 floor down. Elevator was small and limited so you had to wait for a long time before you can ride the elevator. One time I had to wait for 30mins. The stairway is also unclean.

The location wasn't what I expected. The pros were that it was a nice walk going to Hong Kong Park & the Botanical Gardens. The cons would have to be getting back to the hotel on foot. It felt like being in a maze! So get a taxi. The breakfast options were a bit bland.

It is much older than expected and room not like we thought. Were put in old room, air con not working, asked at desk but don't think many English speaking people stay there as reception not helpful. Coffee etc not refilled every day.
