We use the Best Western group on our travels but have never come across a poorer Best Western anywhere in the world. The front office staff were rude, like they were doing their customers a favor The rooms were shabby . We were promised a superior front facing room buy what we got were back facing dirty rooms which had seen no upkeep in years. The water was at best lukewarm on d a cold winters day. Your engineer said it was " hot" water and walked off. The fittings fell off and it was hard to even turn on the water. For a 17 floor hotel there were no porters to help seniors . At 70 plus years we were rudely told to do the heavy lifting ourselves. The breakfast was pathetic . There were numerous other shortcomings, like no sockets foe phone charging. The kettle plug was under the dressing table right at the back. You are a disgrace to the group

The rooms size was good with a great view of the bay and the area around. The bathroom was very unique, and this made my 2-year-old kid have a great time. Its like a pool concept with stairs going towards the shower area. The AC was perfect. The hotel provided us with a Philips water controller which can heat/cool the water. Very Handy. The area near the hotel is called Discovery Bay and it was not crowded at all. We wanted some quiet time and when we saw the area around the hotel, we choose to extend our stay by a day and enjoy the peace and quiet. The silence as because it being off season otherwise it looks like a great area for someone who loves water activities. They also have shuttle service for Disneyland, Sunny Bay & Tung Chuc area which was a great help. The Breakfast options were plenty and all delicious. Loved it

There was a leakage above the toilet seat which made some activities difficult. The hotel does not provide toothbrush or a pair of hotel slippers which is available everywhere. It had to be bought through the vending machine. Taxi drivers are generally not happy coming for a drop in this area at night. Bus stops for the city or Disneyland are also far away. 10 mins.

Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing, we were in Rooms 701 & 702. 701 with the child cot had peeling ceiling paint which could fall anytime! The toilet floor is mouldy and not very well cleaned. Rm 702 did not have any body lotion and there were food crumbs on the floor near the bed. It’s obviously not been well cleaned before guests arrival. Both rooms had a strange “gas” smell and we had to open the windows throughout our stay in order to get some fresh ventilation. I had just stayed in Modena Fraser Shanghai and it was a comfortable experience, even though it was a loft apartment. Assuming the property was the same, HK experience was really disappointing.

The location was good. Close to Nathan road, mtr and Mira place mall and don don donki. As well as close to Kowloon park. We could walk up to temple street and down to star ferry. Staff was nice. The breakfast was really good! We had it included every morning in our package and glad we did!

Felt like the place needed a deep clean. It was clean but needed a good carpet steaming, walls washed and corners dusted.

A very well-maintained hotel with a very friendly and happy staff. They helped me at every nook and turn and made sure we were comfortable since we had a 2-year-old baby with us. We had 1 meal in the cafe, and it was very delicious. We skipped the breakfast. A must stay hotel
