  Had an incident advised staff manger and assistant manager came to see me they were excellent staff at desk were exceptional. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure as great location as well but was very impressed with staff and they gave me a lovely fruit platter for advising them of an issue which I was most 5gankful for

  Location, and self-check in. It was strategically located near everything that you need throughout your stay. Though the room is cannot accommodate you comfortably if you are on a bigger size group, all is well. I loved the disposable towels that they provided.

  The hotel is absolutely stunning, pristine clean from the lobby to the rooms. High end toiletries for showering etc. The hotel gym is amazing, the staff are extremely professional. Whenever I am in Hong Kong I will always stay here.
