- “Excellent hotel which we highly recommend - the staff are extremely nice and attentive. Special thanks to Faiz and Nadim. The facilities are excellent - the rooftop pool has a superb view of the Burj Khalifa and other parts of Dubai, and they also have a gym and great spa on the top floor. There's also an ATM inside the hotel. Everything is modern. They are so thorough with cleanliness - they cleaned our room every day, even the sheets looked like they were being changed on a daily basis! We also had plenty of coffee pods for our coffee machine, which we appreciated. It's located in an excellent area of Dubai - it's a less than 10 min drive from the Dubai Mall and just generally it's easy to get from this area of Business Bay to most hotspots in Dubai.”

  We love the room and its view. We were given a room in 17th floor..It was not big and not small. It was just the good size of a room where we can move about. It was always cleaned up everyday. New towels every day. Responses were fast when we need extra pillows, the water closet not flushing, or where the light switches were. Love the breakfast at their Cafe! Delicious and good selection.

  Nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. I like the shuttle service they provide to get to/from airport and to get to MTR Tung Chung station/Citygate outlets. It was very convenient and saves us time and money. Didn’t use other facilities so can’t comment.

  Location is not central so to get to Kowloon or Victoria Harbour takes at least 30 mins on MTR.

  Staffs at the front desk were rude and not helpful at all, especially the big man and a bit curvy, we were asking for recommendations if there is any near spa where we could take a shower while waiting for our check in and he said "here in hong kong we dont offer that shower" always say no when asking, not friendly at all, this hotel doesnt have a lounge to sit or wait, have to go to coffee shop inside and pay
