This hotel is terrible, the room I booked was unavailable on that day, so they arranged another room on the same floor for me, which had 3 single beds inside, but I didn't need them. The floor of the room was in poor condition, and the facilities were extremely poor. The hotel staff had an extremely poor service attitude, they didn't wait for a child to board the bus when it wasn't time, instead asking those behind us to get off the bus to force us out. The scheduled departure time was 9:00, but the child arrived at 8:59, and we can retrieve surveillance footage. I will file a complaint and seek full refund of the room fee

I will expect a light signal above the lifts to allow passengers to know which lift is about to arrive. The washroom needs renovation. Some floor tiles got watermarks on them and I guess there may be an overflow with from the sink or shower.
