The location is really perfect, you won’t find a better place for this price. Just 5 mins by walk from the harbor. We had a room for two with a double bed and surprisingly the room was quite big (for Hong Kong standards). Totally clean. With a window! Bathroom was also nice and clean. Hot shower. Check in and check out took just a few mins. Stuff was helpful. WiFi is super nice, I watched Netflix every night:) The building itself is really iconic, in a nutshell it was a really nice experience! I was so scared while booking and reading all those bad comments. Seen nothing of those scary things. Highly recommended)

Some of the loveliest staff I've ever met, so natural and helpful. Everything in the hotel was immaculate, facilities excellent. Pretty spacious room, huge bed, lots of windows. Hardly wanted to leave and fly off the next day. Had a snack in the restaurant and excellent local beer, both very reasonably priced and delicious.

Literally speaking - Central location closed to many MRT lines and ferry as well as shops and malls. The concierge service is fantastic.

When the customer pays for 5 stars, we expect 5 stars service. For example, as basic toiletries, make sure there are shower caps handy without having to ask for it. The hotel bathroom could do with solutions to put toiletries or place to hang used towels to dry. It is already crowded for no reason. I would expect better for a brand such as Mandarin Oriental.

Property was clean and located next to the HKU metro which makes it convenient to get travel anywhere to the city

Paid for a city view and was ‘upgraded to the club room with Mountain View’, which unfortunately didn’t feel like an upgrade. Rooms are clean, but hotel seems a dated. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Breakfast should be included as complimentary. Otherwise it is really inconvenient. The per day room charges are high so worth to include complimentary breakfast. There should be a prominent instruction in the room to indicate items that are chargeable e.g Water.
