Everything was exceptional at DHH. Luckily, I was looking for hotels in Hong Kong and found a very tempting Black Friday deal. Without this special price, we would not have been able to stay at this hotel. Disney hotels are pretty pricey, and we know that because they offer excellent quality in everything: comfort, Wi-Fi, location, safety, cleanliness, decoration, and friendly staff. DHH is beautiful, located by the water, has a nice playground for younger kids, and has a game room for older kids or very older kids (even me and my husband played, haha); front desk receptionists explain everything you need to know, from early entry ticket to the park to tips to where to go in Hong Kong and which type of transportation is better. The rooms are great sizes, with comfortable beds, and the TV offers a decent variety of options for a cozy Disney movie night with the fam.

The breakfast was delicious but was not included in the room rate. We only decided to pay for it on one of the three days we stayed there. The other days, we ate at the park and at the airport.

Rooms are really spacious and easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teens. The fittings are high quality and the bathroom was really big. Comfortable beds and I loved the blinds that allowed you to have complete black-out. Location to MTR is so convenient - you can be in Admiralty in 10 minutes and Central in 15. Staff are all super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff.

Can't think of anything!

The property is new. The location is unbeatable very close to the North Point MTR. There are many eateries around the corner. The room is big and comfortable and very quiet.

To me the only thing lacking is there’s no cutlery such as a small fruit knife as there are many fruits stalls in the neighborhood. Perhaps some spoons and forks too.

Checking in took 20 mins! There was no mention by hotel of added 3% gov tax per night to my bill until I questioned the amount charged and the amount on booking.com. However booking.com also didn't warn me..it's a small amount but it was the PRINCIPLE.

I liked how every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed.

The space was so small to even store bags. The place to make tea or coffee was small.

we requested bottle water but none provided. Front desk suggested using water dispenser in the room but the hygiene of the tube/reservoir inside the dispenser is questionable and water from the tap isn't drinkable in HK . It's disappointing that the Jen HK is under the big brand of Shangrila
