The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location is great, literally two steps from the metro station. Hong Kong island is just 15 minutes away by metro, the airport is not too far either. The area is not touristic per se, it is a working class area and some of the buildings look run down, but it is a safe and "authentic" part of HK, lots of local businesses where to eat and buy things. Considering how expensive HK can be, I think the inn provides good value for the price. Something to consider is that this inn is tiny, literally only 5 rooms; so don't expect a full hotel service. The manager of the inn responds very quickly by WhatsApp or booking.com, which is highly appreciated!

My room was tiny, probably the tiniest room I've every stayed in. Same thing with the bathroom, could barely fit in! Make sure to carefully read the instructions on how to find the building, it is a bit more complicated than what it seems due to the fact that this is a huge building (half a block!) and there are at least 3 entrances, but only entrance A gets you to the side of the floor where the inn is located, the others won't. The A entrance is just outside exit B1 from the metro station, next to a jewelry on Waterloo street. The card for my room didn't always work, it would require at least a couple of tries to open...

Appreciate the upgrade to a better room. good location. Convenient and accessible. A number of small restaurants around the hotel. Also very near to Victoria Peak. This is the third time I am staying there.

Nothing. Not so good if your plan is to shop.

The cleanliness of the room, shower & temperature works great, quiet enough, bed was good. I like the easy control automatic blinds.

Pillow were too soft personally. The lighting weren't very good, not much controls, spotlights not good for taking product photos! The cleaners did not refill my tea/coffee packs in the drawer. It was quite cold and there weren't enough A/C system instructions on how to use.

Very stylish hotel near the airport and Tung Chung MTR with great service from the staff. Room had all the modcons and great decor.

Complimentary shuttle bus from airport is great, but only departs hourly, could be more frequent. (Only 5 mins in taxi though)

Staff isn’t good. The front desk guy didn’t even said Welcome, he right away asked Passports like we’re some kind of gangsters. After hectic long journey this kind of behaviour from Hotel staff is a big turn off.
