Location, and self-check in. It was strategically located near everything that you need throughout your stay. Though the room is cannot accommodate you comfortably if you are on a bigger size group, all is well. I loved the disposable towels that they provided.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, pristine clean from the lobby to the rooms. High end toiletries for showering etc. The hotel gym is amazing, the staff are extremely professional. Whenever I am in Hong Kong I will always stay here.

Good range of electrical appliances provided. Like the water purifier best. Fast response from staff after calling them for housekeeping & aircon issue. Generally staff are polite & helpful.

1. Housekeeping forgot to clear the bin under the sink two times during my stay. 2.The pungent unpleasant smell came out from bathroom sink & shower drainhole. I had to use essential oil daily a few times to mask the smell in the bathroom & shower stall. 3. Ascott webpage encouraged guests to state their requests. However, the establishment only partially responded to my requests. Understand that not all requests may be fulfilled but at least should reply in full what could or could not be fulfilled. Else, should not encourage guests to state their requests.

We booked 4 rooms and staff was not so welcoming not smiling on the face, I also related to customer service since from 9 years but I felt like the staff on reception counter was rude and second thing we booked 4 rooms and paid money, was not staying there free, and no one told us that our room booking have breakfast included they charged us every thing but not informed us. about our breakfast at Checkin time, We have been to many hotels before. Not have such bad experience, Staff in those hotels informed about every facility they provided but in this hotel they just took our IDs for verify and informed us our checkout time and handed over keys,, such a pathetic services , not recommenced.
