The hotel and service staff were lovely and we had an exceptional stay at The Hari. We were promptly greeted upon our late arrival and received refreshments one every few days during our week stay. Housekeeping service was excellent as well, we always looked forward to returning after a long day out.

The room was ok for what you paid for but I paid for a double and got a single room as they didn’t have a double apparently but I clearly paid for a double. The staff are friendly and location was good but the fact that I paid for one thing and got another is something else

I love Whampoa Estate which is next to the hotel, lovely residential area, close to public transport. Hotel has Grand entry, concierge excellent service all the time 👌

Rooms are old and rundown, needs a renovation to update. Reception staff average, not very friendly or hospitable. Concierge men were lovely and helped with luggage & directions;)

One of the ladies at the front desk was very sassy when asked about renting a towel and the cleaning fee. The beds were passable and surroundings could be much cleaner - kinda worse than a dinghy motel.
