      The property was exceptional. Very clean, modern facilities. Rooms were fantastic with a brilliant view of the harbour. Property is located in a very central location with many nearby eating places and ready access to taxis, trains & trams.

      The rooms were extremely clean. Although the rooms were a little small, they used the space wisely to accommodate all essentials.

      The staff at the reception could have been a little more welcoming. One lady was but the others did not make us feel very welcomed. No smiles , very serious faces. Makes it uncomfortable when you're a tourist. The buffet was one of the poorest I've experienced. Most items contained pork with only limited vegetarian dishes. Staff who were responsible for seating were quite friendly and professional.

      $10 Charge for toothbrush and paste while it was mentioned as included Bath tub stopper broken 4 members stay and only 2 towels kept. Even after mentioning only.2 were in the room.next day
