The location of the hotel was very good, being just around the corner from Yau Ma Tai station - very convenient for our day trips and also coming back to for short breaks throughout the day. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel was good and done to a high standard. We didn't eat at the restaurants so can't comment on them. The rooms were generally good, we stayed in a twin room which was fine for me and my brother and our luggage. The beds were firm but generally comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. We were provided with a reusable water bottle which we could refill from the filter machine in the concierge. The safe and fridge worked fine.

Would have been nice to have a bar area on the ground floor for people who want to chill and have a quick drink. The gym and swimming pool were not well advertised, I saw no information on the Booking.com details and only found the facilities when someone noticed signs of them when we were looking around. Rooms get a bit of road noise but not too much of an issue if you get up early. The air con was a little too noisy which disturbed my sleep, and even when turned off it would still create a little noise. The shower head and water pressure wasn't very good. View wasn't great, mainly overlooking the busy Waterloo Road and a large school opposite.

Brilliant location right near the harbour front and near the shops and cafes near Mid Levels. I had a room on the 32nd floor so enjoyed spectacular views overlooking the harbour I ensured I had a harbour view when booking. Security looked after my bags after check out so I could enjoy the last day without worrying about what to do with them. Staff were all helpful in reception,security and housekeeping.

Room was rather small and bathroom especially so but it didn't bother me at all. I was there to see the sights. A couple would be advised to book a larger room.

Perfect stay in HK! The free shuttle bus is a super product you can get to the centre very fast, and it was always punctual. Bus A22 to and from airport is also comfortable and stops nearby. Room is comfortable and size is ok too. We loved that they kept our baggages for days while we went to China and returned the same hotel.

Size is big for HK. Location is great for exploring Lantau. Staff is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue and the front desk manager, Jacky, was very helpful in resolving it for me. Delightful experience. Shuttle service to airport is great.

Aircon was broken and made a massive noise, cobwebs on the mirror. Noise from outside through night. In the morning I asked concierge if I can take a shower somewhere when I return they said sure just ask they will organize something, planned my whole day around that. Got back different people at concierge said sure, just ask for a key made a reception, reception look at me like I was crazy, just said no they can't help, very rudely
