We don't have any of that so it was special. I had to have remote access to do some work for my job, & the wifi worked well without dropping out. Provisions were great with back up items provided in the laundry. Awesome reclining lounge chair & adequately large fridge/freezer combination. Loved the fact that the linen wasn't white (pale green). Across the road is bushland, & the neighbouring properties were nice & quiet. Conveniently located to the beach or the shops. Cooloola Cove shopping centre is just 10 mins drive away. Tin Can Bay is closer & offers an IGA, 12 mins walk or 1 min drive away. If I have the opportunity, I would stay here again. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering my questions.”

  Be aware the great infinity pool you see in pictures cannot be used! Travelling with a young family the pool was the key reason we booked this hotel. Great property, which decided to close its main attraction - the pool for 3 months. We were advised for “Asian people” it is too cold (22 degrees and full sun). We overheard many guest (“Asian” or not) saying they were disappointed with pool being closed. We arrived with stunning weather to find the pool is permanently closed for 3 months from January 1. No messages or updates from the hotel have advised this is in the “fine print” when making booking. Otherwise the hotel is great, however almost like torture hanging around the hotel on a hot day with a beautiful pool that cannot be used.

  The room was spacious, very clean and had well appointed fixtures. Enough space for family of 4 plus 5 pcs luggage. Special thanks to Joseph at the front entrance who gave us good tips on going back to airport and booked a taxi for us. Mongkok East station is right under but closes at 11pm. It has good access to Central (just 1 train change). However, going to Tsim Sha Tsui or Tung Chung, you need to use the bridgeway (700 meters) to Mongkok station. So the walk back after long day can be exhausting.

  Check in was a hassle with long line. The robot check in did not work although I did that ahead. They need more counters for a large hotel.

  The staff were very kind. The location was great and had good access to the main train lines.

  The first room had problems with the air-conditioning unit (noise). The second room had something that might have been mold or mildew in the bathroom. The last and final room was very noisy, because you could hear the neighbours talking loudly at night.
