The service was outstanding—the cashier even waited for me in the middle of the night to check in after my long journey. That level of care and hospitality made a lasting impression.”

  What I really like about Hang Ho Hostel is how responsive and kind our host is. We had small issues that have been quickly resolved by Mira and her team. I definitely recommend this place. It's smaller than a normal hotel room but for the price and the service, to me it's worth it!

  Clean and good staff, especially the brother who always do the housekeeping. I honestly like these place to stay, everytime I am in hongkong. I will miss these place as I am leaving soon, but for sure when I come back in hongkong, I will stay in these hostel again. 😊

  Great location for an overnighter between 2 long haul flights. 5 mins easy walk from customs to hotel, and 5 mins back to check in the next morning

  Location is great, very convenient to access key sites in Causeway Bay and MTR station exits. Hotel decor is nice and elegant.

  The experience in Lanson Salon - upon check-in, we asked if breakfast was included in the booking and what the serving style is (since the hotel is not a conventional 5-star hotel we assumed it might not be the buffet style) and there was no clarification of breakfast not being included in the booking. On the next morning, when we were at the entrance of the Salon, there was no staff in the reception and until we walked into further into the Salon, there came a young lady telling us to sit wherever we'd like to, asking what we'd like for our main dish, and then asking about our room number - which we believe should not be the standard protocol. In the middle of our breakfast, the young lady came and told us that breakfast is not included in the booking and we asked her to check again since we were not told so the day before. After we almost finished our breakfast, another gentleman came (looks like the manager for the Salon) to us and told us again that they checked with the front counter and confirmed that breakfast is not included in the booking, that he was sorry for the bad experience, and that if we still believe breakfast is included in the booking, we need to go downstairs and clarify with the front counter as he is not able to help with the situation... Of course this is not a good experience and my friend and I were disappointed but we decided not to say more and just signed on the bill as we had other plans for the day and didn't want to ruin our mood for this not big amount of bill (vs. the hotel charge that we paid).
