Staff were incredibly friendly and for the price I paid, I couldn't really complain about the size of the room, though those travelling with large luggages may find it super cramped. The bed was a bit hard but overall I slept well - if the noise from the bathroom ventilator is troubling you, just remember to close the bathroom door to help. The place could do with a doormat since there isn't a wet/dry separation else you can just wear your slippers to keep your feet dry.

Beautifully designed, polite staff, spacious room, excellent layout of room. Bed rails are provided upon request. Easy to request for amenities via app. Frequent shuttle bus service.

Very poor shower head. Low water pressure. Walls have some mold. Doesn’t feel nice showering. Hence discounted the experience. Overall good stay though. Expensive dining.

It's quite cheap for Hong Kong. It was quite and I was able to sleep well.

While it is quite central in Hong Kong it is a good 10-15 minutes walk to the cafes, so it's not easy to just nip outside for a coffee. And the walk is up the steep hill. It's a bit old and run down inside. The basic room I had was very small.

Lack of support re repairs required in room, they come and look and then do nothing. Room old and quite worn out. Trendy food area but food choices were well down on previous visits. The exterior bar/relax area closed when we looked at late am. No real space to quietly sit, relax and have a drink during the day? No room service for food. Expensive in comparison to other like hotels.
