We arrived to very welcome snacks, and had a delicious breakfast prepared each morning. The pool, gardens and villa were lovely, and perfect for our 2 night stay. A 5 minute walk to local restaurants and shops and coffee, a 10 minute walk to the mall and not much further to the river, Dutch square and the delights of Jonker Street. This was truly a gem of a place to stay and worlds apart from the large, chain hotels. We will definately be back.”

We took the bus to do everything (Chochołowskie thermal, cable car kasprovy wierch). The size of the room is pretty good. Each room has its own heater.”

      Close to restaurants and other daily shopping. Pleasant 30 Minutes walkt along the water to Tsim Sha Tsui. In Summer this is probably too hot. MTR station also close, but you have to change one or two times to get to any place in Tsim Sha Tsui or beyond. There are from Hung Hom Ferry Pier however two very convenient ferries to Hong Kong Island Central and North Point. But you must watch the departure times. Restaurants in the hotel are really VERY good. For breakfast there is Starbucks downstairs when you are not a big breakfast eater. There is also a NOC for breakfast, a little further. All staff very nice and service/reception is efficient.

      Love this beautiful well-designed hotel! Location is great, near to MTR, several shopping malls and eating places. Service was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a really comfortable stay for us with a baby. They knew we were travelling with a baby and asked if we needed more baby amenities and they provided a baby cot, high chair, bottle warmer and steriliser! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

      Breakfast was delicious except that we stayed for 4 nights and had pretty much the same food every day. Not a dealbreaker as there are also many eating places near the hotel to explore. Perhaps can rotate the menu?

      The room is spacious with small dining table and a kitchenette. We have a lovely view over the botanic garden and part of central district. Location is excellent. We can walk to central and there is a free shuttle bus during morning and late afternoon. Enjoy walk through botanic garden. There is a supermarket and several restaurants in next building.

      The location for us was really great. The metro station is near by and you have a market right next to the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped even with a wash dryer. Also the hotel has nice sitting and working area next to the lobby.

      check-in desks area seems insufficient for large hotel.Too many kids running round damaging Christmas decorations. I think staff should have a word with them and/or parents/tour organisers as it disturbs other guests.
