Breakfast limited options, poor service. The room was smelling of smoke. Aircon settings did not work. Bathroom was bad. Had to use slippers to use the showers. I suspect the room was a disused handicaps room facility.

the location is close to MRT and many food options around, local shopping centre close by too. Staff were really nice and attentive, only a whatsapp message away if we needed anything.

Location was in the outlet so close to shops and had many food options. Room was clean and free bus shuttle to the airport was convenient

Room was somewhat small, barely could fit our suitcases closed let alone open. Could hear scraping of furniture on the floor above all night, especially since we were the floor below reception and so every movement we could hear. The shower design was not ideal, water leaked from the shower if not careful. The boxed water tasted funny - understand they were trying to be environmentally clean but had a funny after taste.

The staff was unavailable most of the time. It was inconvenient as there were quite a few unresolved questions. They didn't handle a theft situation properly, made us feel like a suspect even though we were ready to cooperate to the fullest. They took photos of passports of only some guests in the room and no information about the issue was shared following that.

Cold room, I asked house keeping how to get the room warmer and they told me there was no heating. Everything in my room felt damp as when I got back to my room every day the air conditioning was full blast cold air.
