The hostel is located in quiet street. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a large bathroom. The location is exceptionally convenient, within walking distance to an MTR station, and many resturants around in that area. The hostel demonstrates a commendable commitment to environmental sustainability, as it does not provide single-use toiletries such as shampoo or body wash. Two cups and a kettle were thoughtfully provided for convenience. While described as a hostel, the quality of accommodations exceeds that of many four-star hotels. I highly recommend this establishment and will strongly consider it for an extended stay during my next visit to Hong Kong.

The staff was great, they show you around the hostal and give you recomendations of nearby restaurants. Beds are ok, but your sleep depends on what roomates you get, as any hostal. Everything is clean.

The salon room was great for 3 pax. Rooms are refurbished which is fantastic. Location is amazing and accessibility to harbour city or anywhere else is great for all public transport options.

We had an incident of a hair dryer issue where housekeeping and maintenance offered to fix. I recommend to just give a replacement hair dryer as the fixing itself has required us to explain what is wrong and attempting different solutions further delayed our schedule by an hour which was really inconvenient and unacceptable. Also would suggest to mark 1 water bottle per guest as we didn't have enough water to go around.

Beds were comfortable and the room was quite large. Quiet. Easy walk to the airport. And room service was great. Breakfast was extra but very large selection of food.

Extremely poor room servicing.. filthy carpets and room phone that did not work properly. Either that or yr staff pretend they cannot hear you when you call down to ask questions. No luggage storage too for a 4 star.. pretty u acceptable.

The smell of the room was very bad but when I turned off the AC it got better. I read some views that were bed bugs and unfortunately they were true. I didnt like the location at all but if you want a better one you will pay double the price. And finally, when I requested to check out at 2:00 PM they made me pay extra.
